Over the past year, I have had a pretty big obsession with stripes. The other day I was looking through my closet and probably a third of my clothes are striped. So it should be no surprise that this dress is my all time favorite thing I have ever designed and made. Like, I still can't get over it...and from what I hear, neither can anyone else.
Originally, I was going to use a bright floral fabric for the yoke and the hems, but I just couldn't find the right fabric. I am so glad I didn't because it turned out so much better than I planned.
